How to Enrol

New Students: Application for Admission

 

 

Our application process always starts with a conversation. We would love to meet you in person but, if that’s not practical, the conversation can take place via telephone or email.

Contact our Registrar on 03 9340 8100 or email registrar@whitley.unimelb.edu.au. Dorothy will connect you with the relevant program coordinator to commence a conversation.

                

 

 Bring with you to your interview the following:
• Proof of citizenship in your current name (e.g. Birth Certificate, Passport or Citizenship Certificate)
• Academic/VCE transcripts
• Tax File Number (for FEE-HELP application)
• IELTS results (International students only)
• Visa information (International students only)

 

 

Meet with the Dean or relevant program coordinator (via email or phone if necessary)
• Discuss your study options and decide what is best for you
• Complete an Application for Admission
• Complete an application for FEE-HELP or authorise payment of fees
• Take a tour of Whitley College
 

 

 

Enrolment processed
• Application for Admission approved by the Dean and processed by Registrar
• Receive confirmation and welcome from Whitley (via email)
• Receive Enrolment Summary from University of Divinity (via email)
• Receive Student Card application from University of Divinity (via email)
• Receive access to online Learning Management System (ARK)
 

Semester 1 classes commence Monday February 2017. Applications close Friday 17 February 2017.
(International student applications close 15 April 2017 for semester 2, 2017 and 15 November 2017 for 2018)

Continuing Students: Re-enrolment

 

Meet with the Dean or relevant program coordinator (via email or phone if necessary)
• Discuss your course progression
• Select appropriate studies for the next stage of your course
• Complete a Re-enrolment Form and authorise payment of fees
 

 

 

 

Enrolment processed
• Re-enrolment approved by the Dean and processed by Registrar
• Receive confirmation and welcome from Whitley (via email)
• Receive Enrolment Summary from University of Divinity (via email)
• Receive Student Card application from University of Divinity (via email)
 

 

Semester 1 classes commence Monday 27 February 2017. Please re-enrol before Friday 17 February 2017.

Change of Enrolment

To request changes to your enrolment after admission or re-enrolment please use the appropriate form:

  • Unit of Study Amendment Form (changes to your enrolled units)
  • Personal Details Amendment Form (change of contact details or other personal data)
  • Course of Study Amendment Form (course changes: withdrawal; leave of absence; payment method, etc)
  • Course Transfer and Unit Transfer Form (to transfer units or courses)

Note: any changes to units of study will need to be approved by the Dean.

Audit Students

 

To enrol in one or more units as an audit student (to participate in classes, receive all notes, but not undertake assessment for credit) please complete and submit the Application for Admission – Audit Students.

Submitting an Application


Applications must be made using the University of Divinity forms, which are available here.

Submit completed applications to the Whitley College Registrar:
• via email to registrar@whitley.unimelb.edu.au or
• mail to Registrar, Whitley College, 271 Royal Parade, PARKVILLE VIC 3052.
